Yesterday was Roll Back the Clock Day and if you missed it, man, you missed out! Ticket: $3.50. PBR: $2.25. Retro ski outfit: Free after raiding your parents’ closet. The 2011 RBTC day may be a castle in the sand, but  fear not! We’re really good at having fun here at MRG and there is plenty to be excited about coming up! Ski, Beer, Fun, Repeat!

This weekend, the skiing should be awe-some and we have a wicked fun band coming up here from New York “Citi” who will keep you dancing long after the lifts close! Some of you may remember the foot-stompin’ fun show they put on here last year. For those who missed Citigrass last season, you can check out the video below, (a first generation video phone clip… makes me really appreciate the quality of my fancy new iPhone 4…!) You can dance in your ski boots – no dancing shoes required!

But let’s not get too ahead of ourselves, here. There is plenty of fun on the hill before the weekend starts!

This Thursday there will be FREE FONDUE in the Pub! Thanks to our awesomely cheesy friends over at Cabot Cheese, you can have a little cheese with your wine or beer (but if you have whine, leave it at the door please!) We will be FUNdue-ing it each Thursday, so bring your skis and stay for some cheese.

And Friday is Freeheel Friday! Or as I call it: the Learn and Earn. Learn to tele, Earn your beer in the Pub! At a ridiculously low bargain price ($45 for a two hour lesson,) you’ll get a tele lesson from some of the best tele instructors around, and still have enough money left over to buy a beer or two and maybe even nachos in the Pub after! And NEW on Saturdays, Grab-n-Go Pizzas! MRG is selling pizzas, first come, first serve on Saturdays from 3:30 – 4:30 only. $14 for Cheese, $17 for Pepperoni and/or Veggie pies. See your trusty bartender for more details.
